Today I'm having one of these days when all I want to do is eating and lying in bed. We were at the beach in the morning, then we went to a café close by for lunch, I had a quinoa bowl with some veggies, chickpeas and avocado, I actually think this was the best lunch I've had during this trip. Then we had a chocolate smoothie bowl and  now I'm just chillin' with my computer, going through some photos, working on the new website (stay tuned!<3) and so on. It feels good to have a day like this since we are traveling so much every day. Yesterday we went to the east of Lombok, it took us two hours to get there and two hours back which is crazy but we saw the most epic view and visited a pink beach (which actually wasn't pink at all), I'm gonna show you some photos later. Good morning! I started my day with a 5k run followed by some strenght excercises. I try to workout every second day here (sometimes it's only just like 10 minutes of some squats and crunches), it feels really good to get my body moving when I'm lying on the beach the rest of the day. I'm starting to really enjoy working out again and I want to continue when I'm back home. I'm probably gonna buy a gym membership because I think it will be a bit hard sometimes to motivate myself to excercise at home during winter. And maybe I'll finally have abs when I'm at the beach next time! 😀 I feel that I'm getting fitter with every single workout and it's amazing to see the progress, just a couple of weeks ago I felt insecure about my body, because I was holding water after going off the pill. I think it's the worst feeling ever, not feeling in control of your own body. I finally feel healthy now which makes me really happy and I hope it's gonna be a long term thing. Now I'm gonna turn off the laptop and work on my tan. Hugs!

Good morning! We're in Amed now and we're gonna spend our last five days here. We are staying in a cozy hotel with an amazing view. We didn't make the booking so we were just driving around the city and found it which was pretty fun. Yesterday we climb up the Batur volcano, it was a bit hard sometimes, but it was worth it. We just had breakfast and now I'm sitting in a very uncomfortable position outside of my room trying to find wifi haha. We're gonna go snorkeling now, Bye!

Dobré ráno! Teď jsme v Amedu, kde strávíme našich posledních pět dní na Bali. Bydlíme v hezkém útulném hotýlku s výhledem na moře. Neměli jsme předem žádnou rezervaci, jen jsme jezdili po městě a hledali ubytování, což byla celkem zábava. Včera jsme vyšplhali na sopku Batur, místy to bylo dost náročné, ale stálo to za to. Před chvílí jsme měli snídani a teď klečím na chodbě před pokojem a snažím se chytit wifi haha. A za chvíli jdeme šnorchlovat. Pa!

This is how our Wednesday looked like! We went to Seminyak in the morning, spent some time at the beach, then we went to Earth Café and had the most expensive (but really yummy) meal ever and then we went back to the beach. The weather is unpredictable, it's been pretty cloudy every day and it rains quite often. It's raining heavily right now when I'm writing this post. I got a sunburn on my face as hell today, I don't know if I'm ever gonna learn that I really need to use the sunscreen even when it's cloudy. Now I can just hope the red color is gonna turn into brown and the skin won't peel off. I hope you had a great day. Hugs!

Hello babes! Sorry for the bad update but I went through hell and I was so weak I couldn't even answer my phone. It was probably a food poisoning, I had a fever and I was throwing up all night and the morning after. I even had hallucinations because of the high fever. I feel much better now, but I'm still a bit weak so I'm gonna stay at home all day and relax. 

 

I took these pictures on Tuesday when we were in Canggu. I think that almost everybody has heard of Nalu Bowls. Their smoothie bowls are absolutely epic, I want to eat there every single day. It was literally the best smoothie bowl/icecream I've ever had. Can't wait to go there again! If you're in Bali, you can't miss out this place. I hope you're having a great day. Hugs!

Ahoj! Omlouvám se za špatný update, ale poslední dva dny jsem na tom byla tak špatně, že jsem neměla sílu vůbec na nic. Nejspíš otrava z jídla. Měla jsem horečku a zvracela jsem celou noc a půlku včerejška. Z té vysoké teploty jsem měla i halucinace. Teď už se cítím mnohem lépe, ale pořád jsem trochu slabá, takže dnes zůstanu doma a budu odpočívat.

 

Tyhle fotky jsou z úterý, kdy jsme byli v Canggu. Myslím, že skoro každý slyšel o Nalu Bowls. Jejich smoothie bowls jsou naprosto neuvěřitelné. Nejradši bych tam jedla každý den. Rozhodně to byla nejlepší smoothie bowl/zmrzlina, jakou jsem v životě měla. Už se těším, až tam znovu zajdeme. Jestli jste na Bali, tohle je místo, které prostě nemůžete vynechat. Doufám, že se všichni máte moc krásně. Pusu!

We just got back from this epic dinner at Loving Hut in Denpasar. Amazing food, finally! Lovng Hut knows how to cook, that's for sure. Now we're just chillin' in the villa, plaing cards and listening to music. So cozy! Tomorrow we're going to the markets super early in the morning and then we're gonna go for some adventures. Právě jsme se vrátili z večeře v Loving Hut v Denpasaru. Konečně výborné jídlo! V Loving Hut rozhodně vědí jak na to. Teď sedíme v obýváku, hrajeme karty a posloucháme hudbu. Pohodička! Zítra brzy ráno jedeme na trhy a potom dál za nějakým dobrodružstvím. Dobrou noc!

I love early mornings, especially here. I'm finally feeling good and my body i working properly. We went for a run again today, then we did some legs&abs excercises and then we had this yummy watermelon. Our friends are busy for the next 2 weeks so me and Teri are gonna spend a lot of time together. I guess that means a lot of shooting and filming haha. Now we're gonna go for a walk around the neighbourhood and hopefully we'll find some fresh fruit and veggies. For lunch we're going to a vegan restaurant, I'm taking the camera with me ofc! Miluju brzká rána, obzvlášť tady. Konečně už se cítím dobře a moje tělo funguje normálně. Dnes ráno jsme šly znovu běhat, chvíli jsme cvičily na nohy a břicho a potom si daly k snídani výborný meloun. Naši kamarádi mají teď 2 týdny práci, takže budeme s Terkou hodně spolu, což nejspíš znamená hodně focení a natáčení haha. Teď se jdeme podívat po okolí, snad konečně narazíme na nějaké ovoce a zeleninu. Na oběd jdeme do veganské restaurace, takže jsem zvědavá, co si dáme. Foťák beru s sebou! Užijte si krásný den 🙂

Okay I think I don't have to say that this breakfast was absolutely EPIC. We met up with Hanne and Kristen this morning and went to Blue Diamond Breakfast Club (if you're ever gonna be in Chiang Mai, you have to go there!). I had gluten free mango pancake and a blueberry muffin. After breakfast we went to the waterfalls with bunch of people and it literally took my breath away. You can actually walk up the waterfall. The nature here is just.. I have no words. But I'll write more about it later with some pictures! I already have so many pictures that I want to show you, I just don't have time to post them all. The are so many things happening every day and the time flies so fast. But I'll catch up as soon as possible I promise. Bye!
